2023 was about building strong fundamentals and reliable follow-through. We supported customers in the United States, Australia, the Philippines, Thailand, Europe, and other markets, while making incremental process changes that kept custom lead times moving in the right direction.

The Lunar New Year holiday is scheduled from January 31 to February 11. Transportation pauses during this window and resumes in stages afterward. Early order placement helps avoid delays from the post-holiday surge.
